Attention, advertisers! Google has opened the sign up for Audio Ads so that starting from now Google Advertising Network includes radio capacities also. The date of launching the official version of Google Audio Ads is not set yet though the test mode is reported to be carried out by the end of the year.

The delivery of ads to the radio is made with 4 steps:

Step 1) Station inventory management system and studio log.

Step 2) Google links electronically with stations to search for inventory that fits advertiser criteria.

Step 3) Inventory is paired with advertiser requests.

Step 4) Google delivers automated order to radio station and reserves inventory.

This new advertising method seem to provide advertising agencies and advertisers with fast and effective access to the great amount of radio stations and provide them with real-time information as well as customized advertising options.

In the next few days, we will be making two changes to how AdWords evaluates landing page quality. First, we’ll begin incorporating landing page quality into the Quality Score for your contextually-targeted ads, using the same evaluation process as we do for search.

Google is giving an opportunity for advertisers to give maximum exposure (and for itself to achieve maximum income) by testing newspaper ads. A limited group for Google’s current advertisers was invited recently to take part in the first newspaper advertising test.

By converting existing online ads to print format and publishing them in newspapers Google tends to perform the test of its new advertising program however it doesn’t guarantee that a particular ad will run.

We can’t know whether the new initiative will be a success or failure but anyway the participants seem to loose nothing on trying it being provided greater exposure and rather tailored ads publication due to an option to provide custom logo or graphics and ad text.

A launch of Google’s new product – Google Custom Search Engine – was announced yesterday. Created for bloggers and site owners it is intended to make a search tailored to specific topics and areas related to your interests and activities.Google Co-op.jpgAlong with the advantage of providing your site visitors with a tool to find specific information Google encourages Custom Search Engine users to “earn money from the ads that show up on their search results pages.” On connecting a Co-op account with AdSense account you start getting paid for every click on an ad from your search results.

I just wonder, what would be the number (if any) of visitors of your site who will click on Google ads showing up on Custom Search Engine? Isn’t is a new potential source of invalid click fraud Google knows about but contents itself with the following cautions:

Appropriate Conduct…You shall not, and shall not allow any third party to: directly or indirectly generate queries, or impressions of or clicks on Results, through any automated, deceptive, fraudulent or other invalid means (including, but not limited to, click spam, robots, macro programs, and Internet agents)

It’s really easy, just click here and sign-up. And in 24 hours see your Company appear live on Google results!

AdWords interface upgrade has begun to occur in some advertisers accounts. The new feature added enables AdWords users to preview the status of a keyword in a particular campaign.

When logged in to your AdWords account and selected an appropriate campaign and ad group you could view the information about keyword in a help bubble. Just point your mouse at the magnifying glass icon next to the keyword you are interested in and you can get to know if an ad is showing for this keyword and get helped if the keyword status is not OK.

Those who haven’t found the new feature in their AdWords account yet could still use an Ads Diagnostic Tool though I think the upgrade will cover 100% of accounts soon.

Explore the screen capture places on the DigitalPoin forum to obtain a better idea of how the tool looks like:
