There is a great thread over on SEOmoz by Matthew Inman about how some Googlers consider any of his future attempted linkbaits and widgetbaits to be off topic spam, based on his aggressive misuse of widgets in the past.

Black hat seo is a techniques use links farm, trackback, hiddern text, dooway pages etc are the technique for balck hat but google dont like any body work for ranking and check keyword position so, google hate with SEO. Goolge never Like some body do any SEO techniques for ranking etc.
