Terry Semel Worried? Seems our “fearless” Hollywood Hero is feeling a bit overshadowed by Google’s monster YouTube Deal. The latest rumors are that CEO Terry Semel feels he “needs to make a move”.

According to the article:

Fortune has learned from multiple sources that Yahoo (Charts) recently approached Time Warner (parent of FORTUNE’s publisher) about buying America Online – essentially trying to jump-start talks that broke down a year ago.
Decidedly, he’s now flirting with AOL.
