Google is giving an opportunity for advertisers to give maximum exposure (and for itself to achieve maximum income) by testing newspaper ads. A limited group for Google’s current advertisers was invited recently to take part in the first newspaper advertising test.
By converting existing online ads to print format and publishing them in newspapers Google tends to perform the test of its new advertising program however it doesn’t guarantee that a particular ad will run.
We can’t know whether the new initiative will be a success or failure but anyway the participants seem to loose nothing on trying it being provided greater exposure and rather tailored ads publication due to an option to provide custom logo or graphics and ad text.
